Digital Innovation Meets Citizen Science: 4Growth and ENFORCE Join Forces

We’re excited to announce that 4Growth and ENFORCE have signed a MoU to accelerate the Europe’s digital and green transition. This collaboration brings together two Horizon Europe projects with shared ambitions — promoting innovation, sustainability, and resilience through data-driven solutions and cross-sectoral cooperation.

By partnering with ENFORCE, 4Growth reinforces its commitment to systemic transformation and digital innovation in agriculture and forestry — combining efforts to harness technology, data, and citizen engagement for more sustainable land management and environmental stewardship.

“At 4Growth, we believe that collaboration is the cornerstone of meaningful impact. Working with ENFORCE allows us to align our research and innovation efforts, ensuring that digitalisation supports both economic and environmental sustainability,” shared Dáire Boyle, 4Growth Technical Manager.

“At ENFORCE, we see this collaboration with 4Growth as a powerful step toward aligning citizen-driven data with digital innovation. Together, we aim to strengthen environmental compliance and empower communities to play an active role in Europe’s green and digital transition.” clarified Dr. Svetlana Klessova, ENFORCE Project Coordinator

What Lies Ahead

The collaboration between 4Growth and ENFORCE sets the stage for joint actions in knowledge exchange, joint communication activities, and stakeholder engagement. By combining ENFORCE’s expertise in the forest bioeconomy with 4Growth’s data-driven approach to digital adoption, both projects are well-positioned to support Europe’s transition towards sustainable, technology-enabled land use and resource management.

We’re looking forward to sharing the outcomes of this exciting collaboration — and to seeing how our joint efforts contribute to a smarter, greener, and more resilient future for Europe.
